Founder & CIO Honeycomb Asset Management

David Fiszel is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Honeycomb Asset Management, a New York-based investment firm he launched in 2016. The firm opened with roughly $200 million in assets under management and grew to more than $1 billion, with a focus on technology, media, and telecom.

In 2025, Fiszel announced to investors that the firm would return outside capital invested in public markets. He continues to manage Honeycomb's private portfolio and is currently focused on his own investments.

Fiszel brings more than 25 years of investing experience to Honeycomb. Before founding the firm, he was a partner and financial analyst at Omega Advisors and a portfolio manager at S.A.C. Capital, later serving as a senior portfolio manager at its successor firm, Point72 Asset Management.  Read More
